Caeden, the owner, is personable and approachable. There are no crowds, everyone is respectful towards one another, and there is zero negativity. Don't let the size of the gym fool you; they have everything you could need. In addition, there is access to business cards for personal trainers at the counter, and routines written out on white boards (which was a rather neat observation that I noticed the other day) Also, the gym is open 24/7, and there are no annual fees. Definitely worth checking out.

I came to him with no routine, signed up for 3-4 days of personal training and within a couple months had lost about 10 pounds and began gaining muscle. 5 years later and I’m my muscle mass has increased and my body fat has significantly decreased.
