There is literally NO customer Service available to answer any questions. Not by phone or online. I have tried for days to get an answer to a very simple question but no one is home? I’m going to make a request at our school to change picture providers because this is not acceptable....
I booked senior portraits for my son in Nov 2018 , paid over $100 dollars for session, returned portfolio and they attempted to go into my account using my payment method over 50 times for $203.53 after pictures returned. stop deposit for over 6 months this company knew stimulus payments would go to some accounts , 5/22/2020 they have an employee illegal use my previous card info and debit my account for $203.52 and stated with my bank it was a pin transaction. I never recieved any photos from this company
Unable to reach by phone Ordered online got pictures then about one week later got proofs in mail and prices were lower than what I paid online before Will reccomend school use another photoshop on future senior pictures
