The door stays locked yet the doorbell doesn’t work so you have to wait for someone to come down and get you. All I need is to get my arm looked at/tb shot checked and a sign off which takes literally only seconds. Yet im sittin here waiting and have been for about 30 minutes now and NOBODY else is even here!

Had an at 8:40 appointment went back into patient room completed DOT pysical and unfortunately the lady that supposed to give me my drug test never came to do it I ended up having to go back into the waiting room and wait another whole hour and a half.. Lady at the front desk had an attitude because I complained about. Very unprofessional and unorganized. This group of workers need to have a meeting on being a team and organization and most of all Customer SERVICES!!

I visited this facility at 5:20 PM and was surprised to find a sign on the door stating they would not return until 9:00 AM the next day, despite being advertised as open 24/7. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. I requested a copy of my own physical and TB test results and was initially told I would need to pay $30. Shortly afterward, I was told I couldn’t receive a copy at all—despite these being my personal medical records. I am unsure why I was denied access to my own documents.
