Had an at 8:40 appointment went back into patient room completed DOT pysical and unfortunately the lady that supposed to give me my drug test never came to do it I ended up having to go back into the waiting room and wait another whole hour and a half.. Lady at the front desk had an attitude because I complained about. Very unprofessional and unorganized. This group of workers need to have a meeting on being a team and organization and most of all Customer SERVICES!!
I visited this facility at 5:20 PM and was surprised to find a sign on the door stating they would not return until 9:00 AM the next day, despite being advertised as open 24/7. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. I requested a copy of my own physical and TB test results and was initially told I would need to pay $30. Shortly afterward, I was told I couldn’t receive a copy at all—despite these being my personal medical records. I am unsure why I was denied access to my own documents. I came in here with my friend Anderson because he needed a physical done for his workplace and the staff was so friendly and respectful, it was around 1 in the morning when we checked in and the service was quick and easy as well. This is by far the best medical experience I have ever had. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Having the tv in the waiting room was also a nice touch while I wait for my friend to get checked, I can relax and watch the news.
I had a great experience when I arrived at CADUCEUS in hapeville ga, Celeste and Ashley had the best attitudes, I was greeted with professionalism, and outstanding customer service. From start to finish I felt so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. Before leaving I had to let there manager know what great employees you have working there, please try and keep them because I don’t see great service much anymore
