Honestly, if it wasn’t for Connie I’d probably give this place one star. She was out of town when I needed a prescription refilled. Something I’ve been on for years. It has taken Connie and I many years to see what works for me and what doesn’t. I called the refill line, emailed through my portal, even my pharmacy called and I got no response. I asked him, he said not true and talk to the new vice president Marci...ive asked for that call back 5 times..no response. Urgent care said he no longer does urgent care. Been trying to get the appointment line to answer the phone all afternoon...its 530pm. Me and the pharmacy have been trying for 3 days to get my prescription right. The supervisor called in the same thing. We left aBout 5 MEsSaGes eAcH. Update: I saw the Dr 2 weeks ago and they still haven't submitted the referral to physical therapy!!
