Honestly, if it wasn’t for Connie I’d probably give this place one star. She was out of town when I needed a prescription refilled. Something I’ve been on for years. It has taken Connie and I many years to see what works for me and what doesn’t. I called the refill line, emailed through my portal, even my pharmacy called and I got no response. I sent a message in the portal to fax the date of onset to someone. Instead they send me a letter claiming my doctor doesn't want to see me. Not signed by anyone. I asked him, he said not true and talk to the new vice president Marci...ive asked for that call back 5 times..no response. Urgent care said he no longer does urgent care. He said we will continue on as usual. No refills, no fax Tho. He said they review his messages before sending to him even when his name is chosen online. Been trying to get the appointment line to answer the phone all afternoon...its 530pm. Me and the pharmacy have been trying for 3 days to get my prescription right. The supervisor called in the same thing. We left aBout 5 MEsSaGes eAcH. Update: I saw the Dr 2 weeks ago and they still haven't submitted the referral to physical therapy!! I've been calling many days and my insurance has been trying, and Thier referral girl said she would put a rush on it days ago. Their phone system rarely answers timely. This was once a great office….it changed I’d say 5 years ago. Yea it’s clean, nicely decorated but these “Doctors” are a joke. It’s an in and out and all they wanna do is give you more and more pills other than the ones you really need. Ever since Dr Niccola left it’s all downhill And don’t get me started about the grumpy blond lady up front.
