I called to renew my license about 4 months ago. Have made 3 calls since, no answer, no call back, no email. Gave them the money for my renewal prescription for my medical card but have heard radio silence. Wasted my money to renew a card that never got renewed. Don’t know what happened, this place was great when I first got my card, but the renewal process is absolutely terrible and ridiculous.

Love the staff and the Doctors. Never feel like a stranger always feel like I am talking to an old friend. This is important for doneone with my mental issues .

I've always been treated with courtesy and respect. All the staff I dealt with are kind and professional. Dr Uphues is very professional and empathetic.

I'll give doctor stars, because he is a caring individual. But, there's been a problem with not having all my paperwork, and it's been very difficult trying to get a hold of them to return a call. It's been over a week and still nothing. I have tried to call four times was able to leave messages three , but still no return call. Drove by the office several times in a week and no one was ever there. I will never go here again and I would recommend anyone finding somewhere else to go.
