Terrible experience. I would not recommend Caduceus Medical Group to anyone who values their time or relies on accurate medical care. I had several appointments with this office, and almost every visit involved a different doctor because the originally scheduled physician was unavailable. The lack of consistency made it difficult to receive proper follow-up care. I requested a simple lab panel to check my testosterone and cholesterol levels. The absolute WORST medical care I have ever experienced! I ask for a referral and am NEVER notified it even went through - Unless I call them back OR call my insurance I would never even know it was ever approved? They don't check back - they NEVER check back I mean!! - This is not once it is pretty much EVERY TIME!! - THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT MY CARE!!! **I BET THEY BILL ON TIME FOR THE VISIT THOUGH!!*******
The receptionist lady with white hair and blue colored tips seems to always be having a bad day. I hope things turn around for her! Love my doctor Megan though!
