My PA, Jeff Goodale, was great. However, having even the best people on staff is useless when the office personnel and those at corporate cannot manage even the simplest task. I have been with Caduceus for years but this month I'm leaving. Had an appointment just over three weeks ago, was told all my refills would be promptly put in (as for the last 18-24 months getting my refills renewed in a timely manner has been an issue), and now weeks after my appointment, and a week since running out of my BP meds, I STILL AM WAITING ... read more

I made an appointment for a physical in the Yorbalinda office and I was advised there was a mistake made so I was going to be seen by Nurse Nichole Rogers in Urgent Care. Well I’m glad that mistake was made, she was fast but yet informative and I understood everything she told me! I think physicals are pretty basic, you don’t get much info from Dr. and they don’t ask much. I always feel like I’m just another patient, Nichole made me feel like she cared! Thank you Nichole Rogers 🙏🏼
I like this practice. Sad my Dr. is retiring but his replacement seems great so far.
Such a disappointing experience. No call back, no follow up, ridiculously long hold times (like 45 minute hold time to get a human being on the phone). They send you out for a bunch of tests, and then don’t give you the results. I’ve heard good things about Caduceus, and am a long-time Laguna Beach resident. After my personal experience, I cannot recommend this doctor. It appears that they are putting profit before patient wellbeing.
Have been a long time patient. Always a positive experience. Thank you, Dr. Hall, for your great care over many years. Had my first “video/mouse” call last evening.....thank you PA Jeff for your thorough and kind manner.....I really appreciate you listening to my concerns and coming up with the perfect plan! And I don’t want to forget the support staff.....you are all wonderful.....thank you for all you do!
Christine Turner, PA rocks!!! She truly cares. I have a complex medical history, and she keeps me going!!! I strongly recommend her!!
I have been a patient here for many years. The doctors are great but the problems arise when you need something done. They rarely answer the door phone. There is poor communication between doctors and staff.
Efficient PCP and staff make me comfortable to pay visit
