If I could give 0 stars I would! They processed a payment illegally without my written or verbal consent. Charged me 70.00 stating that I did not inform them of cleaning out my unit and not needing it any longer. As of this moment in time I am forced to file a police report, and FTC report, and a fraud report with my bank. Very unprofessional. No contract offered. Hard to get a hold of them.
