Great experience very informative very personable. Dr Cadoo and staff very pleasant.
My husband and I are both patients at this practice. During our time here, we have only been seen by the nurse practitioner (he is actually very good at listening and is caring) and have never actually met the doctor. The main reason I will be looking for a new provider is the extremely slow billing process. Their billing department takes months to process claims, resulting in unexpected bills showing up long after our visits. I'm not sure what happened to this place. I've been a patient here for 6 years and the first few years were fine. It seems to have really slid and I have had a number of administrative problems lately with appointments getting moved around, cancelled at last minute, not getting prescriptions submitted to insurance for approval, doctor not showing up for telehealth visits to go over results. I'm moving on.
Lovely office and convenient to my new home. Swetal was very thorough and kind.
Everyone was so nice, the provider very nice and explained everything to us.
