Waiting half an hour for a bagel is ridiculous. 10 customers came in after me and they got their bagels first. Super unorganized
We got delivery of multiple sandwiches and I knew they wouldn't be quite as good as they looked on their Instagram page, but they were so much different (and worse) that it's basically false advertising. They are so incredibly ungenerous with the filling. I genuinely feel robbed. Slices of cheese and tomato and cucumber so thin that's it's actually insulting. It doesn't get any better then this place people. This place is a history landmark to ottawa. 10$ two scoops of the finest you ever have so if you haven't being get on it. They will let you sample to help you decide. Great place to go on a date definitely bonus points. Parking can be difficult. I try to park on a side road get ready to do a u turn.
The bagel was good, but the staff were very unwelcoming. They took our order incorrectly and did not apologize for the mistake. Even if they sold the most delicious bagels in the world, I would not return if the same staff were working there.
