Service was horrible. No smile or greeting . Not one staff member looked happy to be there or greatful for any business. Meat lunch that was in my bagel was old . Had food listed on their menu that they don’t carry . Like soup ?! But they have a lunch special with soup and bagel . Another customer also paid for a smoke meat sandwich and once he was sitting after 5 minutes was told by one staff member that they were all out of smoke meat . I was surprised to see the extensive mold on the cream cheese that I just brought home from the Carling location.
Asked for one bagel sandwich and the cashier charged me for two and started arguing with me and refusing to refund $. Insisting I must take both.
I got the tuna salad and tomato bagel sandwich, there’s one slice of tomato and it’s one with the rind in the middle. The pickle is kinda mushy and overly tangy, feels like I got the ancestor pickle in the jar. Also the service, my order was around $20 I wanted to pay with a $50 bill. The cashier told me “we don’t accept $50 here”. As some who also happen to work in retail, I find this rude and lack of knowledge.
