The team at Cadius Partners & CP Haus take pride in what they're building. Their homes have beautiful details, use interesting materials and install solar panels as part of their standard - not always common in new construction. The project team is quite busy but make an effort to respond and handle things as quickly as they're able.

Buying a condo built by Cadius Partners and dealing with warranty issues has been a nightmare of an experience. I do not recommend anyone buy anything built by this company.
