Booked my 4x4 in for wheel alignment and axle alignment. Dropped it off Wednesday was told they will call once completed no phone call till 3:44pm and told it wasn’t done and had to bring in following day. Did this and I still had to call them 2:30 wasn’t finished, once picked up fella didn’t understand what axle alignment was and continued to tell me I needed adjustable arms in a fixed place didn’t touch or adjust panhards as didn’t understand what axle alignment was. Partner dropped 4x4 off Wednesday morning at 8am and was told would be done that day, after lunch partner called to see how it was going and was told that they were working on it… they called him just before 4pm saying that it hadn’t been started on as they were busy and to bring it back first thing tomorrow morning. Took best mate of mine in to get a wheel alignment done on a 4x4 and it ended up worse than it was when taken in after several hundred dollars. Made the vehicle unsafe to drive on road and wasn’t properly done. Very unhappy with work done

Great friendly people who went out of there way to help me replace collapsed lower control arm bushes for my iveco motorhome thank you to all the staff who I know were busy but fitted me in anyway
