Today is the end of my using or dealing with Village Cadillac. After 3 or 4 vehicles from them, I won't go there anymore. We made an appointment for an oil change and a warning light. We asked for a loaner car to get to work and waited over a week for a day a car would be available. They then called and told us, "we're not sure a car will be available, it's a Holiday week and people will call out sick so we're not sure we can fix your car." I live in Indiana and purchased a corvette from Village Cadillac out of Florida and had it shipped to my house. My salesperson Bobbiegail was great to work with and made the stressful situation easy.
