Multiple bad experience. Scheduled service twice for pickup. Ghosted each time despite tons of reminder emails and texts confirming the pickup and appointment. Both times I called later in the day to ask what the deal was. Each time the call center assured me a service manager would call back. No one has ever called back. Lame.
