Customer service, that doesn't focus on customers Had my truck there 3 weeks i had to call the warranty company and try to connect with dealership.. My rep was very hard to reach. Called sometimes 3 or 4 times left messages and no return.And that's including management Took my truck out And now it's being serviced properly . More concerned about the time my truck was in their shop than actually getting through my warranty.
In and out quick. Ron and Tony in the service are always nice and explain the service details to you. I go here for my Cadillac service always. Good experience. Good customer service. New video update while your car being serviced was a pleasant surprise. Loved it. I have no complaints. Happy customer.
I was charged $270 diagnostic to check my front suspension (which took 2min literally) that I already told was the problem from the beginning. I was coming in to have it fixed because it was covered under my warranty. They told me they couldn't fix it until they received approval for repair. Long story short it was approved 2hr later (at 11am same day) I have the email) and they told me I had to wait 5days for approval and the diagnostic wasn't covered which it was covered by the warranty company. i I took my car to another ... read more
