Great customer experience. The part was on back order, but Jailyn kept me informed on the status. As soon as the part arrived, I was informed and was talen in the next day and out in a hour.
Extended warranty work done
I brought my Escalade 4 times for the same issue. Car was vibrating on higher speed. Last time they told me there is Nottingham they can do. The car had 4000 miles only. Very disappointed at Brogan Service. I had to trade in the car for another brand and lost thousands of dollars. NEVER BROGAN NEVER GM AGAIN !!!!
Terrible. Had to buy my last Escalade off me because they couldn’t get parts. Sat there for months. Went into more expensive lease and now this 2025 Escalade banging when you steer and while steering column crooked. Terrible cars. Terrible service.
