Our pool installation took twice as long as promised, and there were multiple mistakes with the plumbing and tiling. Communication was poor, and they didn’t take responsibility for the issues.
Fence installation was shoddy with uneven posts, and the pool heater installation was delayed by weeks. Support was unhelpful, and the overall experience was frustrating and costly.
The patio installation was a complete disappointment. The crew was late, left the area messy, and the finished patio had uneven stones and poor alignment. Definitely not worth the money.
Pool cleaning service was unreliable. They missed appointments, didn’t properly clean the pool, and left debris behind. Opening the pool for the season was a headache because they didn’t follow through on their promises.
The pool cover was installed incorrectly, leaving gaps that let leaves and dirt in. When we asked about the liner replacement, they seemed unprepared and caused damage that had to be fixed by another company.
