Horrible service and experience. They have had our car for 4 days now without any updates or even attempting to reach out to us. We have called and texted numerous times, we are told we will receive a call back — no one calls back. We have asked to speak to the manager for an update, but were told he could not help us so wouldn’t even get on the phone to discuss our situation with us. They have made it abundantly clear that they do not value their customers. I wouldn’t recommend anyone take their vehicle here for servicing.
Poor service. They accept appointments knowing their technicians are days behind. Left my car for two days to just sit in the sun and for them to say the part needs to be ordered and they have no idea when it will come in. Even though it is a known issue and there's "special coverage" for the known defect. I paid for a rental out of my own pocket because their "special coverage" doesn't cover a rental. Awful customer service takes hours to respond to an update request
