I had an excellent experience at Cadillac Pasadena. From the moment I arrived, the service was professional, welcoming, and attentive. Manager Sergio Gonzalez was outstanding. He was very attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire visit. He made sure everything was handled properly and that I felt valued as a customer. I usually do not like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately I feel I have no other choice except to let corporate know how disappointed I am with the poor level of service I have been receiving from Cadillac Pasadena. It has now been almost 2 months and at least 5 different calls requesting a loaner vehicle so I can bring in my Cadillac Escalade IQ for repair. I got no service. Only empty promises and lots of unprofessional staff. Asked me to leave my car for few days without giving loaner or rental. They don’t care about customers and their needs. If you can’t handle the service then don’t ask people to bring their cars. They also lie about little things like washing a car, promise but never delivered. I had to pick up my car next day without getting it fixed. It’s a Shame.
Cadillac Pasadena is an excellent dealership/service center. Raudel Macias is an excellent representative. Thank you for your continued service!
Had to come in for service and my usual advisor Isabel(who is awesome and always takes good care of my car) was off. Since Isabel was out, her teammate Isaiah jumped in and offered the same stellar service. If you are looking for a easy and smooth car servicing experience, I’d def rec coming to Cadillac Pasadena. Side note: they are fully remodeling the premises so the dealership will be state-of-the-art in just a few months.
