I had an appointment for a recall service on Wednesday and the traffic was horrible. I had to call and reschedule. They gave me the following day. Everyone was super polite and Josh Squires was super efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour when he said it was probably going to take a couple of hours. Josh is the man that gets things done!! There was no charge for that service.
As a new customer, I was concerned about what this business was like, given it was farther to travel to than another dealer. I was pleasantly surprised. Very prompt and friendly service. Wonderful shuttle service. I will be using this dealer going forward. My car is in good hands there
