The service manager is the rudest person on earth and the biggest rip off. Don’t let your 80 year old mother go into service without a lawyer. This woman spent $3000 dollars on a car with a dead battery condition that they couldn’t fix. She took it to a non Caddy dealer and found an electrical short in her headlights wiring! They won’t return her money except for a new battery which she never needed to begin with. The service manager hung up on me and I have yet to hear from the General Manager! They are highway robbers! I had my Escalade towed in due to a service 4wd light that had come on and the mv had steering trouble if you were making sharp turns. I had called and spoke with a George T in the service dept and set the appointment up. spoke with George multiple times as he informed me of the problems with a hub, shock, cue screen , brakes and rotors. While it was there he also took care of some other things that were up for service.
