Had a great experience working with Delany Almonte in service. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, honest, and kept me updated the whole time. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress free. My vehicle was ready when promised, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. It’s not easy finding a service advisor you can trust, but Delany definitely stands out. I’ll be coming back and recommending her to friends and family.
Not good , instead of showing me a car and taking me for a test drive, it was the old bait and switch 2.0 via pictures and numbers hastily written on the back of a sheet of paper. I had an amazing experience here at the Cadillac of Manhattan. I walked in and was met by Lynch Nguyen, he is a world class gentleman and a funny guy. I walked in there thinking about the car and the next day I drove out with it. He walked me through the process, was thorough, and just made it a fun and easy experience.
