Unfortunately they lost an 8 year customer. I’ve made 2 separate reviews on how great my service has been in the past and I have no problem paying top dollar for trust, but this last time I was treated like any low balling service department would. Very disappointing experience. I had actually been warned about Cadillac’s dealer experience after coming from Mercedes, and unfortunately this visit lived up to that reputation. The interaction was unnecessarily confrontational, communication was poor, and the whole situation was handled in an unprofessional way. I left with much less confidence in the dealership than when I arrived.

Very disappointing experience with the service department. One staff member was openly hostile, denied his own alignment procedure, and only admitted it after I showed the documentation. The whole interaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily adversarial.

I took my car in to fix the LCD on my dashboard, which is usually a time-consuming process with drop-off and pickup. They told me the issue was fixed within 2 hours and called me to pick up the car after a software update. However, the problem was not resolved, and it doesn’t seem like they properly checked their work before returning the vehicle
