I don't even know where to start, Tim and Anthony made this entire process so pleasant and so seamless. The service is literally top tier!! The service is so personal yet so professional. This is the best dealer I have ever worked with! I would recommend them to anyone!
I paid $252 to have an issue "diagnosed". They tell me they don't make the part I need anymore. I ask them for the part number and they tell me they can't give it to me because they don't make it anymore. Was that a joke? They can't even provide me with the part number after spending $252 for "diagnostics"?

I am only rating this high because of our salesman Spencer who was fantastic. we left a deposit a year ago for a Cadillac escalade v. It was just delivered to Cavenders of Lubbock and we went to look at it and finish the purchasing of the vehicle we were told the wheels were in and emblems would be changed out they had it all but that was the way they ship all of them to dealership. we finished purchasing the vehicle and was told they would deliver the vehicle to our home the next day.
