I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Cadillac Marin. Their service department is quick, efficient, and most importantly, honest. The technicians do quality work, and the service advisors I’ve dealt with have always been professional, straightforward, and kept me informed throughout the process. The people at Cadillac of Marin are all very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient regarding my car buying experience. I would reccomend them highly. I appreciated the streamlined process of having 1 main salesperson to deal with, (Nari is wonderful), who processes all the information, rather than then having to go to a finance person to pay after all the numbers are crunched and ready. All of the sales people here are very kind, patient, and friendly!
