The team was great from the time I asked through the door till I was driving away in my new Cadillac Optiq. Ryan Delaney was fantastic to deal with and knew all the answers to my questions. All in all, we were pleased when dealing the McMaster team.
I bought a used Trail Boss after being assured issues found during the test drive (cigarette smell and check engine light) would be fixed. Soon after purchase, multiple problems came up, including recurring brake sensor errors, check engine light and warped brakes—despite the dealership claiming a 150-point inspection.
