Everything from check in to pick up was great. Car was done in a timely manner and washed
Service is lacking. Slow. Little communication. Even with an appointment. Huge outfit. Too bad really. Could use some workstations for laptop work. Positively underwhelming for a Cadillac dealership.
I purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT5, my first brand new vehicle, I love the vehicle. However, the service is garbage. If I could give a zero I would. I would recommend you go to a different dealer who is interested in customer satisfaction.
