We met James Bondi a few months ago when my husband was looking for a used Jeep. James was very helpful and found the perfect Jeep which we bought about a month ago. On January 14, I purchased a 2026 Escalade. Unfortunately, after using the vehicle for about a week, the rear door stopped opening from the outside and became inoperable. When I first brought the vehicle to the service department, I waited approximately two to three hours with my four-month-old baby. I absolutely can not say enough about my experience here, James was AMAZING!! THE WHOLE TEAM was attentive, professional and friendly. I walked in and was greeted, shown the truck I was interested in and with in 1 hr was signing papers and out the door. If you want the real deal, go see them !!
