My family and I are on vacation, 12 hours from home and unfortunately got a crack in the wheel of our Escalade. When trying to get the spare off we realized that the key to unlock it was never cut (we’ve only owned this car for 5 months & hadn’t needed the manual key before). The service techs were very nice and understanding to our predicament & got us in very quickly! Zach and Scott were beyond kind & helpful and we are very thankful to have had their help!
