I bought a 2011 Cadillac CTS with very low mileage. It came to me via carrier. It was bought sight unseen and was in excellent condition. When I got the car and looked at the tires they had DOT date code of 2/2012 and were starting to dry rot. The dealership took no responsibility for this safety issue.
