Great Experience, as always!
I had been in contact with Chris Dizon for several weeks while building up to the time I could purchase a Sierra. He was always quick to respond even during the time where it was not possible to purchase yet. When the right time came he worked out a fair deal over the phone and through email. Once we got to the dealership and drove the truck we were finished with the sale in just a few hours. Could not be more happy with the experience and would recommend them to anyone.
I have been dealing with this dealership since 2013, in the last couple of years, it seems that every time my vehicle has been serviced it comes with a big-ticket repair, most could have been prevented with proper technician experience of the technicians which I am finding are not very experienced or either trying to profit on well high-priced jobs. I can truly say the service department is not the same since 2018.
Good sales staff, disappointed that someone was allowed to drive my special order truck, had too many miles/hours on it to be special order, also need to pay more attention, improvement to final detail-wash-cleanup footprints were in bed of truck, tires were motley looking and smears, wipe marks inside on dash. Had to pay for floor mats that were suppose to be included in original X31 off road and protection package which I included with my order.
