Owner scheduled an 8am appointment, and was not there. After I called and left a message, he never even returned my call to explain the misunderstanding or the situation. Very unprofessional.
I’d like to thank the owner of Cadillac Cut for his wonderful service, what I would consider as an art, and his generosity at the end. Our visit took place last year, in October ( first time for me), and it was a mind blowing experience. Precision, perfectionism, and creativity. Talent and imagination!!!! And such a beautiful heart of the owner. Thank you for all you did!!!
Not only was this the most calming and kind place I've ever taken my son, but he did incredible and was so kind. 10/10 will be coming back.
