The condo itself is great, but K3 management is enough to bring down the rating 3 stars on theirs own. We have had no hot water 3 times in the last two months.* During the move in process, you are required to bring a $100 elevator deposit that can be returned in exchange for the elevator key. They were unable to provide any elevator key. The K3 team had been a nightmare since moving in. Washer/dryers have been broken for days and there has been a new announcement that the prices will be raised for laundry starting in 2023. T... read more
