Cadie is fantastic! This is the second time we have used Cadie's services and once again she has exceeded our expectations. She takes all of the hassle out of having an investment property. She was quick to organise photos, open homes, and had found a tenant in under a week! Was self managing a property we had a great tenant but they decided to move out. How am I going to find a tenant? Luckily I found Cadie. She found a quality tenant almost straight away. She understood the market and negotiated a good rent and always treats my tenants with respect. I recommend Cadie to anyone look for a great local property manager.
