Horrible. My Dad was transported from Bay Hospital Kent general yesterday. I was there today. They are sending him back to the hospital. Don’t want to share his privacy. When I left at six he was fine. Then I am called at 7 tonight saying he pulled out his catheter and they were sending him back to the hospital. I cannot believe they can’t handle this. Our nursing home ministry team was there to provide a service on Sunday.
On my Aunt’s wing (200) I think the staff are dedicated to the patients and really try to do a good job. The Hispanic lady who works on her wing, talks to her even though my aunt doesn’t communicate much. The facility is clean and most importantly safe.
