I ordered a sword in January. Still waiting for it in July... They are offering to replace with a different cheaper sword. Not sure what to think but I wish they would be more responsive
BEWARE- FAIRTRADING HAD TO STEP IN BEFORE RETURN WAS MADE.. Never in my life have I had the misfortune of dealing with a company that has this terrible customer service. Be careful buyers. I have just ordered a small patch that would fit lightly into a standard mail envelope. Item cost $9.95 but standard postage from 90km away charged over $13.95. The checkout process didn't appear give me an option to cancel because postage costs were not shown before I was asked to confirm purchase. I would have cancelled if I had seen the exorbident postage costs.
