Linda Jin was a complete waste of my time and extremely unethical. I had to follow up with her every step of the way to confirm I had an appointment. I drove over an hour to this property that Linda Jin already knew was sold. Once I got to the property while waiting in the rain, Linda Jin proceeded to call me from her car saying that the property is sold and Linda Jin had another property to show to bait and swap. Linda Jin misrepresented the status of a property, allowing for potential buyers to travel 80 miles round trip for a viewing knowing the buyers had accepted an offer and were not accepting backups. None of this was communicated prior to showing up, even though we were in communication throughout the day talking about the listing. Once she arrived, she parked next to us and called us on the phone from her car as we stood waiting in the rain 10 feet away, when she then offered to show another property nearby.. seemed like a lo... read more
