We bought our violin in Florida, and somehow it arrived out of tune. We contacted Cadenza Violin, and they quickly addressed our concern and tuned it for us. They were professional, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Cadenza Violin.
I got here when they opened and asked if they could restring my bow and they got it done same day. Good service and everything.
Cadenza assessed my beginner cello bought years back in AZ and quickly noticed damage to it. They presented me with some clear options on repair vs buying a new one and were very direct with the prices of all options. I decided to trade in for a new one, which brought the price down a few hundred, and the cello i have now is much better quality sound. They added tapes and tuned it for me. I highly recommend coming here for stringed instrument needs, rentals, and even purchasing music books!
