I'm a realtor that helped a client purchase a townhome in the Central Park Community. Do not buy a townhome in this community. The sales staff and upper management were horrible with their communication throughout the transaction. Sales contract was written up incorrectly and nothing was done to correct the error made by Brookfield's sales staff. Upper management was no help and unsympathetic. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase a home with this builder.

poorly built homes, with no room to customize. What a joke of a developer, selling pre-planned homes with no room for customization for $700K.
Please use literally any other builder.
