Couldn’t even send me a brochure to go over, that the TV commercial was there brochure. He told me the price of the shoes I said no thank you goodbye, and he would not stop talking so I hung up the phone.
I was super excited to come in and try on some new shoes for my upcoming race, but I was greeted with the most unfriendly employee. Pretty much told me I had no use for the shoes I wanted to try on, despite my research and podiatrist recommendations. Even challenged me to know who my podiatrist was, because they “would never recommend brooks”. Really disheartening to be told I had no need for the shoes and even encouraged me not to try them on. This place is so much better than Sole Sports, because they are so honest here and don’t sell you expensive support shoes for over pronation that most people don’t need, which is what sole sports does. The employees are friendly and helpful, the shoe selection is vast, the place is nice and the running snacks are good too, and it’s affordable.
