Banking app is terrible. Lack of communication about when Zelle/ deposits are put on hold. My power is out during the freeze because they didn’t transfer my deposit so I could pay my electric bill . Stay away from this bank
Since Glenda retired and Tiffany transferred this branch has new staff working that don't care about customer service. I asked about miss Tiffany a few weeks ago just trying to say hello the young lady with no name tag told me the branch she transferred to and then preceded to tell me I could go to that branch !
