My mom has been a resident of Cadence Mooresville for 3 years. We never had any problems until recently a new hire “Mahogany Durham” has been poorly taking care of her by being rude and impatient. She often reeks of cannabis which leads my mom with migraines. I will be relocating her soon if nothing changes.
This review is long but needs to be to understand my experiences with assisted living facilities. My mom was on the waitlist for Cadence for a year when I moved her to NC from another assisted living facility out of state. My mom had been happy there and very active but I needed her close to me after my dad passed away. We had to settle on another place in Mooresville, NC where she had also been on a waitlist in order for her to be able to move. I am Looking for a caring place for my parents. “A Place for Mom” gave me some direction which lead me to Cadence. Kudos to Josh a cadence at this point. He reached out to me right away. And he has been amazing, such a big help with advice and information. Hope the folks at Cadence corporate know how important he is. Thanks Josh! I would like people to know what the Christmas gift was this year for the angels that take care of your loved ones. This is unacceptable ! The gift is from Cadence Mooresville. Honestly after a year of faithful service this is what the angels get! They love your loved ones like family and deserve to be appreciated !
