I had an issue with a noise in the wall. Turned out to be the exhaust pipe for the furnace down in the basement. Mario came out, diagnosed the problem and returned to fix it. He really knows his stuff and he’s super efficient and friendly and I couldn’t say enough good things about him.
My wife and I stopped by the Ambleview model home not realizing they didn’t open until 11 AM, but we ran into Brandon outside. He took the time to help us out and answer all of our questions. He was extremely informative, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the entire visit. Best rental experience of life, I have so much to say I don’t even know what to say first. I’ll start with Jason, he is an excellent property manager with Cadence Homes and has always done a very good job at keeping our street safe and welcoming. He is understanding and accommodating, and involved just enough in what’s going on that you know he cares but it’s not invasive. We have worked with Cadence Homes for over 15 years. Brandon, BJ and the rest of the Cadence production team are some of the most organized contractors that we've ever worked for. I would build my personal house with them in a heartbeat.
We just got done building our home with Cadence and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. They take great pride in their work, have an incredible design team, and handled any issues we had incredibly quickly. I can't recommend Cadence Homes enough!
