We just got done building our home with Cadence and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. They take great pride in their work, have an incredible design team, and handled any issues we had incredibly quickly. I can't recommend Cadence Homes enough!
Cadence builds a good home and we are happy with our home we built with them. One of their agents, Ryan Riggs, is great to work with and we’re very pleased with how things turned out with his input. Mario Hernandez, Cadence’s Home Warranty Manager, is their greatest asset. He is such a hard worker who goes above and beyond to do the job right every time. He has been amazing to work with and has fixed anything that was overlooked/not done right initially. Mario takes Cadence from a four-star builder to a five-star builder.

These guys and gals build EXTREMELY beautiful homes in the BEST communities. Love their Beacon Pointe, Elk Ridge and Hidden Hollow communities the best!!! Great ownership, incredible field/project managers and Grade-A office staff. Look no further than buying a Cadence Home!!!
We have been building a home with Cadence since January of this year. We close in 1 week. We have always built our own custom homes in the past in Oregon (4 times actually) but with moving to Utah we wanted to live in this specific location and had to set our custom home plans aside and build with Cadence because they had the best lots in the area that we needed.
