Very good bike shop - highly recommend! I always depend on Velo bike shop for tune ups, flat tires, etc. They are bike experts and I know my bike is in good hands. Blake was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodated my schedule with the repair. Great experience - thank you Blake!
Super professional and helpful staff. I had been to 5 different stores trying to find a specific bike part and these folks were able to find the part I was looking for. They added air on both of my tires, fixed my brake pads and did a light maintenance for free. They made my day, I would definitely recommend this place.
Brought my newly purchased bike to them and down shifter on both big and and little gear wasn't working, technician diagnosed and messed with it for a little bit got it to work pretty quickly and free of charge it just needed some oil spray. Very professional and quick service will be back for further bike needs and purchases!
This is a great bike shop. My son bought a fat bike from somewhere else and the handlebars were loose and they kept turning. I took it by there and they were really nice and fixed it in a few minutes and didn't even charge me. They just told me thanks for stopping by so I want to give them a good review there were so nice. One of the few bike shops left around anymore this place has made it because of the customer service they give you. They really are nice there If you're looking to buy a bike or need your bike worked on I'... read more
