Mateo was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed our bike issue. This is the 2nd time we have come in and really enjoyed our experience.

Great service and friendly staff. I stopped by for a simple pedal swap from clip-ins to flats, and they took care of it quickly. Blake was helpful, knowledgeable, and focused on making sure I was set up safely. Velo has a great selection of bikes, gear, and apparel, plus services ranging from safety checks to tune-ups and maintenance. I’ve already scheduled a safety check and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Customer service was well above expectations. The prices are reasonable. The coffee was a nice surprise and delicious. They are very open to questions and knowledgeable of all types of bikes. I purchased a bike online from another company and it has been nothing but trouble. I popped a tire and after a quick Google search, I called Daniel. He told me to bring my bike in so he could take a look. He fixed things I didn’t even know could be fixed, he taught me stuff about my bike that I didn’t know and he did it all in the same day.
