Brought my newly purchased bike to them and down shifter on both big and and little gear wasn't working, technician diagnosed and messed with it for a little bit got it to work pretty quickly and free of charge it just needed some oil spray. Very professional and quick service will be back for further bike needs and purchases!
This is a great bike shop. My son bought a fat bike from somewhere else and the handlebars were loose and they kept turning. I took it by there and they were really nice and fixed it in a few minutes and didn't even charge me. They just told me thanks for stopping by so I want to give them a good review there were so nice. I just needed to remove the cassette from my rear wheel bike and they did it for free. Really nice people and awesome bicycle store...
Mateo was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed our bike issue. This is the 2nd time we have come in and really enjoyed our experience.
