We recently completed a renovation in the Southern Highlands with Cadence & Co, very happy - would highly recommend. Having experienced a build where one team is managing the whole process I will never ever return to the model of juggling multiple different contractors/architect/etc. Leadership in the team was outstanding - proactive, anticipating potential challenges, sorting solutions, always one step ahead. Everything was finished to a high standard by those working on site. I hope I have the opportunity to use again.

I was driving down Powderworks into Narrabeen yesterday and an old fella in a disabled buggy was on the pavement, but a large branch had fallen of a tree and blocked his way. Kudos to the gentleman in the white Cadence van who pulled over and stopped to pull the log out of the way and help out the old man. A tribute to your staff and their values. Great job. Well done 👍

We recently worked with Cadence and Co to replace our driveway, removing the existing pavers and installing asphalt. From the very beginning, the entire process was exceptionally transparent, both in terms of cost and project timeline.
