They were very clear with why & how they were going to treat me. I left feeling far better & plan on continuing my treatment there. From when I entered until I left, they were very polite. Highly recommend.
My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM. She contacted me an hour before asking to move it to 11:30, and I agreed. Then, at 11:05, she texted that she was already there and ready. By 11:10, she sent another message saying that if I didn’t show up within 5 minutes, she would leave. This was a complete waste of time and gas. Very unprofessional and disrespectful toward clients and fellow trade members. Punctuality and communication matter — this experience was disappointing.

Everyone in the office is gracious, kind, and efficient. Dr. Todd is knowledgeable and I feel confident in the care that he provides.
Big red flag for me in their welcome video was they said chiropractic care cures infertility. Not by the Spanish fork dr but by the one in AF. Everyone is very nice, but not a place I will spend my money because of that.
