I’ve had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER TODAY! My teenage son went into this bank to cash his check from his summer job. This is supposed to be a life experience for him being able to cash the check he’s work hard for this summer. This was NOT his first time cashing his check here so he’s familiar with this bank or so he thought. He got to the teller and was asked to remove his hat. Had never been there before and I do not have an account there however my husband had to cash a check from there and all went well no issues, they followed all safety protocols and ask him to take off his mask and hat to make sure it was him
