Very bad customer service I am waiting almost 30 min at drive thru after someone said me come inside long line there, I’m a front of the line I don’t know why they said me come inside
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! Avoid banking with them! It has an unbelievable bad customer service!! It's like banking in the 80's. It's a nightmare to be able to fix any simple issue (like problems to access your account). Avoid the headache and put your money somewhere else!
Terrible customer service and awful online banking. Every bank I have worked with has been better than cadence. Because their online banking is so bad, I have to go into the branch to get things done, where I then have to deal with lazy employees.
