Went into this branch with a fully executed and notarized Power of Attorney for my father. They told me I needed to sign an affidavit of agency for their bank, which is standard practice, but refused to let me sign it without my father present. I enjoy the friendly faces the prompt customer service the professionalism and the positive attitude from each and every person at this branch location great team hope they all stay as long as I do
I would NOT recommend banking here. This bank is not helpful the customer service Is not what I thought it would be. The way things are done seems ancient, the app is very basic no real details on transactions. I could go on but wouldn't want to bore you.
Terrible bank. They don’t care about their customers. Icon bank was better. The owners were nice and actually cared about their clients.
