If you bank with them they will extort your customers with a 10 dollar fee to cash your check. Never seen this crap. Banks normally cash their clients checks for free. This is horrible.
Very happy with the service I have received from this branch. Found them to be both professional and friendly.
I love the things they offer for Cadence bank but the customer service isn't good here. They are not friendly and don't inform you on things like if you can bring loose change on certain days. Also lots of people seem unhappy here unfortunately. And you rarely are greeted with a smile. Super sad. Love the Marlin and Waco locations though
