I love the things they offer for Cadence bank but the customer service isn't good here. They are not friendly and don't inform you on things like if you can bring loose change on certain days. Also lots of people seem unhappy here unfortunately. And you rarely are greeted with a smile. Super sad. Love the Marlin and Waco locations though
Excellent service
Love how they won’t let non customers cash THEIR checks in the drive thru. Perhaps extend your hours inside if you aren’t going to let people who work the same business hours cash a check in the drive thru.
Professional and fast service. This location is very clean with a nice lobby. Friendly banking staff.
On January 26 2019 my debit card was comprise. I reported it to the bank and the only thing that they did was cancelled the card. They have not assisted me in putting those funds back into my account in good faith. They have not attempt to contact me with the status of the supposedly investigation. Plus they charged my account a $36.00 NSF fee for a bill that was paid with monies that I put in the account which someone fraudantly made a purchased in the amount of $406.03 for an online purchase that I was able to intercede.
