My name is Matthew whitaker i hope the higher ups see this i just cashed a check there and the receptionist was all snobby and stuck up as i was walking away from her she sprayed air freshner i guess implying that i stink but i know good and well i dont so if you feel like dealing with snobby receptionist then thats the place to go i wish i could have got her name but if the higher ups see this she was the black haired lady all the way too the right the date is 01/22/25
Lady at drive thru window was rude, not the first time for her either. So many changes since Cadence has taken over. We will be closing 1 Business account, and 2 personal accounts. She has drawn the line. We have hundreds of thousands of dollars each year through them. Not no more! This was today at Approximately 11:13 AM
This is for the home office. I dont know how we are supposed to trust the financial institution that holds our money when they dont even try to trust you. I had someone else not authorized to use my debit card not anyone that I know use my card. I called in like inwas supposed to. I knee the last transaction that I made and the date i made it and the place i made it at. Worst bank I have ever been affiliated with! They actually charge $5.00 if you cash a check written on the bank and you don't have an account there. For example- someone writes you a check that is written on Cadence bank. You go there to cash it. 1st thing they ask is "do you have an account here." I asked why they needed to know, they said we charge $5.00 to cash a check if you don't have an account with us. Thieves!!
