I opened my account a few years ago and began conducting business normally. Jennifer Brock froze my account, claiming I had changed my phone number—which I did not. This triggered flags, and now my funds are being held. I am unable to access six-figure funds, and Jennifer Brock has refused to release them, potentially for up to 360 days. This is unacceptable and feels like theft. Small businesses and individuals should be aware that Jennifer Brock and this bank may arbitrarily hold your money.

This bank is holding my senior citizen savings account funds without explanation. Jennifer Brock refuses to provide details, stating the account is “under review.” She tells me I need a reference number to discuss the account further, but I never received one. I’ve answered every security question she asked, but it doesn’t matter. The lack of transparency is unacceptable. I strongly advise staying away from this bank.

This review is directed at Jennifer Brock specifically. I contacted her by phone about applying for a Cadence Bank credit card. I have a very good credit score and wanted to confirm whether I qualified before submitting an application, to avoid a hard inquiry and potential denial. The result of this call convinced me that I do not want to pursue service with Jennifer Brock. Her handling of my inquiry was unprofessional and unhelpful.

I was a long-time customer of Cadence Bank, and while minor mistakes happened over the years, my most recent experience was unacceptable. I was charged fees due to an error made by Jennifer Brock. When I asked for help or adjustments, she refused. I ended up paying the fees, though I found them completely unreasonable, and then closed my account. The experience was frustrating and left me with no confidence in their service.
