Any day this bank should be shut down. I have been unable to access my DIRECT DEPOSIT Since Thursday, It's Saturday and Monday is a holiday. They had no problem pulling an overdraft fee though. This place is CRIMINAL and fraudulent to the highest degree. They make Vanguard and Blackrock look like angels. Absolutely disgusting.
We have been with this location since it was Bancorp... Cadence is absolutely trash, Can't seem to ever have our online balance be correct, And loves charging hidden fees. The windows staff are usually very kind, I just can't stand the new policies and some of the new folks management has replaced... Been a member since before when it was bancorps south Best customer service Best head teller I’ve experienced in awhile from a cadence bank . Not sure why there’s so many people hating the crossover. People don’t like change I guess
Absolute trash. Avoid at all costs. We've been business customers here since it was Bancorp. 1) Now Cadence can't seem to ever have my online balance reflect transactions within even 48 hours. This has been the cause of multiple overdraft fees, And screwed up business orders due to inaccurate balances. 2) It also seems that they like to pull and deposit money in whatever order is most likely to cause you to overdraft.
