Change to 1 star after horrible communication and lack of accountability w staff in writing like I used to receive before hunt purchase
Full of incompetent employees. Tried to meet with a banker and was told I needed to make an appointment online, but their website has no way to do that. Was then given false information about what I needed to open an account from the branch manager Yazmin. Went to another location and had no issues.

Yeah, wow. Tried to open a personal account today and they basically said they were too busy to help us. Of course the bank was empty and no cars were in the drive thru. Went to A+ Credit Union instead. They helped us without question even though it 4:30pm.
