This review is directed toward Huntington Bank as a banking corporation, not this specific branch location. I have been a customer of Cadence Bank (formerly BancorpSouth) for over 8 years, and my experience with them was consistently excellent. The customer service was reliable, the staff was helpful, and I always felt confident knowing my banking needs were being handled. Very rude people who works their. They don’t know what they doing I have business account them years but they way she behaved unacceptable I will cancel my bank account with them
Any day this bank should be shut down. I have been unable to access my DIRECT DEPOSIT Since Thursday, It's Saturday and Monday is a holiday. They had no problem pulling an overdraft fee though. This place is CRIMINAL and fraudulent to the highest degree. They make Vanguard and Blackrock look like angels. Absolutely disgusting.
