Horrible experience, customer service does not help with anything dealing with banking relations. They don't give you any contact information to file complaints making it that much more difficult to settle disputes. They closed my account due to a third party check which was resolved. Disrupted my business with these unfair practices.
This is probably one of the worst groups I’ve ever had to deal with. Everytime we have gone here for any type of service it isn’t the financial aspect, but the customer service that is absolutely horrendous. It is my birthday in three days and I received a check from my grandparent. I recently went to get a new ID because mine was about to expire and while there I went ahead and changed my name (I got married and haven’t changed it to my husbands last name)..
